Zhongze's atomization tester has been established in a third-party laboratory in Tianjin, successfully empowering comprehensive testing capabilities

Recently, the FT-01 atomization degree tester, independently developed and produced by Jinan Zhongce Electromechanical, successfully completed the full process training for personnel involved in installation, commissioning, and operation at a testing technology company in Tianjin. All technical indicators of the equipment passed acceptance standards, and it was officially put into use for third-party material physical and chemical testing services.

It is reported that the company is a local professional third-party testing institution in Tianjin, deeply engaged in food packaging, automotive interiors, pharmaceutical flexible packaging, and plastic polymer material inspection, and can undertake various government-enterprise, manufacturer-based testing commissions. With the expansion of national standard testing projects for automotive interiors, pharmaceutical composite films, and food plastic packaging in recent years, the original testing equipment could no longer meet the regular demand for atomization performance indicators. After multiple rounds of brand research, prototype comparison, and parameter measurements, the final selection of the Zhong Testing electromechanical atomization degree testing equipment was chosen.

The newly launched atomization degree tester FT-01 is equipped with a self-developed low-temperature constant temperature chamber for mass testing (as shown in the diagram of laboratory equipment). It is strictly designed in accordance with domestic and international testing standards such as GB/T 30594 and DIN75201, featuring a split heating and cooling structure with a high-temperature heating module + separated layout of the low-temperature circulating water bath system. The 6-station synchronous test design allows parallel testing of 6 sets of samples in a single run; The equipment offers high temperature control accuracy, with independent closed-loop temperature control between the high-temperature and low-temperature chambers, avoiding data errors caused by temperature field drift. It is perfectly compatible with atomization values and mist detection of plastic films, PVC interior sheets, pharmaceutical polymer gaskets, and composite packaging films.
