TQD-06 Carbon Paper Gas Permeability Tester, conforms to GB/T 20042.7-2024 "Proton exchange membrane fuel cells-Part 7: Test method of carbon paper properties, and is used to test the gas permeability performance in through-plane and in-plane directions.

Test Principle
Through-plane direction
Install the test cell on the test device, adjust the throttle valve, use a differential pressure gauge to control a certain pressure difference, stabilize it at room temperature and a certain pressure difference for at least 5 minutes, and calculate the flow rate and pressure difference based on the flow meter reading to obtain the gas permeability in through-plane direction.
In-plane direction
Place the sample between the upper and lower clamps so that the sample surface can be completely covered by the clamps. Apply pressure to the clamps so that the sample is subjected to a pressure of 1 MPA. Adjust the throttle valve and use a differential pressure gauge to control a certain pressure. Keep it stable at room temperature and a certain pressure difference for at least 15 seconds. Calculate the flow and differential pressure based on the flow rate and pressure difference to obtain the gas permeability in in-plane direction.
