Test principle
Steel ball roll over the sticky surface of the adhesive tape on the inclined plate, and evaluate the adhesive initial tack according to the largest steel ball that the sticky surface within specified length can stick to; or measure the distance it rolls on the adhesive surface placed flat after instrument to evaluate its initial tack.
